The auditorium seats 164. The indoor zone (used for exhibitions) has an area of 5090 m2, and the outdoor zone has an area of 36510m2. The building also has facilities for offices and training rooms, ceded to ACIB (Commercial and Industrial Association of Bairrada) through a protocol.
